"Some of the other reviews refer to bottom brackets or derailleurs; to clarify, this is for the Tourney 28-38-48 crankset. This is entry-level equipment, a riveted crankset, and sells for about half the price of a part with removable chainrings. As such, a good application would be on a bike where cost is an object and a little extra weight is not a problem. The crankset installed easily (it pairs with a 122.5mm bottom bracket spindle) and derailleur adjustments were uncomplicated. It's a good choice at reasonable cost and should last for many years if not abused. The plastic chainguard is easily removed."
