We are committed to providing you with an excellent shopping experience. Please read our shipping policy carefully for important details regarding your order.

Free Parts, Apparel & Accessories Shipping on Orders over $75*

  • Enjoy free shipping on most parts, apparel & accessories orders over $75 to the continental United States.
  • This offer excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories outside the mainland.
  • Certain bulky or oversize items, as well as complete bikes, may incur an additional charge.
  • No code needed; Free Shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
  • Free shipping is available for standard ground shipping only.

General Shipping Information

  • We aim to process and ship your order quickly, typically the same business day if ordered before 3pm (PT). Customized items and orders requiring extra checks or assembly, such as bikes, may take an additional 2-3 days to ship.
  • Expedited Shipping: Next Day and Two-Day shipping options may be available for non-bulky orders during checkout. Costs depend on the order size and volume. If available, costs will be calculated and displayed during
    checkout.
  • Shipping Charges: Orders below the free shipping threshold incur a standard shipping charge of $9.95. Bulky or oversize items may incur an additional charge of $14.95 or more.
  • Standard complete bike shipping is $79.95. For unusual items or delivery locations, please contact the team for advice.
  • Bike Shipping: Shipping transit times within the continental United States vary by delivery region and begin once your order has been processed. Most complete bikes go through a multi-point inspection, assembly and repacking process - depending on the manufacturer's assembly requirements and warehouse location.
    A customer service advisor will reach out a day or two after you place your bike order to confirm a delivery window.
  • Delivery estimates are provided as a guideline only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, oversize items, or during periods of high order volumes. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • Sales Tax: Sales tax is applied to orders where required by law, based on the shipping destination and local tax rates. The applicable sales tax will be calculated during the checkout process.

International Shipping

  • We offer shipping to many international addresses via Fedex, UPS, DHL, and other delivery service options at checkout.
  • International shipments may incur local VAT taxes and duties, typically ranging from 15% to 30% of the shipment value. These fees are not included in your purchase price, and Planet Cyclery does not profit from them. Check your country’s VAT policies to avoid surprises upon delivery.
  • Brand & Product Restrictions: Planet Cyclery adheres to Brands’ international shipping policies, not all offered products that we offer are available for international shipping.

Damaged Shipments

  • If your shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, please refuse delivery or notify the delivery person immediately. Contact us to file a claim with the shipping company.
  • Take photos of the package and its condition. A representative may need to inspect the package in its original condition to process the claim.
