"The repair process took longer than hoped for (troubleshooting using different parts and limited availability of the mechanic who was knowledgeable about pedal assist bikes) but it was done correctly and an charger adapter upgrade was recommended and implemented. The charging adapter allows the charger to connect directly to the battery is a much more robust design than the charging port on the bike frame the bike came with. It has worked well ever since. The CBO staff is a great bunch!"
Shimano charge adapter
"I wanted to be able to charge my Yeti 160e battery off the bike. (The bike easier to move around without the battery in it due to its weight.) The adapter works well. The only minor issue is that it fits rather loosely onto the battery, but I can't tell if that's an issue on the battery or the adapter end. Some minor bending of the metal contact s helped me get a more secure fit on the connection."
