"I've been using the Shimano J04C pads for years. Long life, quite, powerful fade free braking. A great pad for the dry and dusty conditions of the central coast."

"This is my second set of these pads for the 8100 series of XT brakes. Even after following the bed-in procedure, they still squeal a bit. They don't have as much stopping power as my other disc brakes, which have the same rotor diameter but are a different brand. On the bright side, they are very easy to replace and have integrated heat sinks."
