"Everyone should be able to fix a flat. Rema Tip Top is supposed to be the best tube patch on the market. The old "cheese grater" for roughing the surface is replaced with sandpaper with a rubber backing. The sandpaper won't slice your tune like the "cheese grater". Take a spare tube or two on your ride and fix the flats after you ride."
