"These shoes feel more comfortable than the Shimano shoes my wife has been using, both while walking and riding. They are true to size. They accept SPD cleats and clip in easily. They are less aggressive than her other shoes. I bought her two pairs. She uses them for her road, mountain, touring, and indoor training bikes. She's happy, so I'm happy."

"MTB shoe that can be used with or without clips. Made on a different last than the x-alp seek so allows for a wider mid foot (behind the front third of the foot). Firm sole allows better transfer of power to pedals than a non biking shoe but is still comfortable enough to hike short distances even on gravel/pavement."
