unfortunately not the shoe for
"unfortunately not the shoe for me. i spent many hours researching what would be my first ever clipless shoe in 9 seasons of serious riding. the leatt 6. 0 looked to meet my priorities of a stiff sole with great breathability and walkability. i had to order both the 43. 5 and 44 considering my US size 10 foot falls between these sizes. the 44 felt ok with some room, but when i started to walk, my right heel was slipping (my right foot is slightly smaller than my left). the left shoe felt good. in the 43. 5, my toes were uncomfortably tight on the left and while more snug on the right, i still experienced (less) heel slippage. i had to return both and look for something else, which left me bummed b/c i had high hopes for the shoe. . . i cant dock leatt much for my body shape. the shoe looks like it would perform and last otherwise. happy riding!"

Great shoes so far
"4 stars so far, comfortable, supportive heel cup, and the faux boa works great. They came with clear shims (I think that’s what they are) but they clip right into the shimano clip in pedals perfectly without them. The best part is the indexed marks on the clear mounting area allowing the cleats to align super easy. I was in some lesser shoes but these seem to be the multi season shoes I was looking for. Used on an emtb and my 170/180 daily rider and so far so good"

Q&A
- My Bontrager gravel GR 2 size 10 are a skosh too small in the toe box. Normally I wear a 9.5 but went up hoping for that extra width. Eventually caused pain associated with the large toe's sesamoid bone. Some mtb blogs suggested your brand might be an answer
