"This is my first time using GU hydration, my normal go to for hydration is Nuun. I enjoyed the taste of the Gu tabs. Also, my stomach did well with these. Nuun tabs are a bit more fizzy so I enjoyed less fizz here. I felt like I stayed properly hydrated. I live in a hot, humid climate and I’m a heavy sweater and these helped keep me going on my bike or out for a run. Over all a great product, I would definitely buy them again."
