Assos EQUIPE R Bib Shorts S9 Black Series XLarge
As an entry into the Race Series, the Assos Equipe R Bib Shorts S9 combines the technology of the Equipe RS system with simplified everyday suitability. The Equipe R is developed based on the proven A-Lock engineering design, which adopts technologies from the WorldTour-proven Equipe RS. It maintains the stability of the racingFit fit with a muscle-hugging butterfly panel and the new Type.443 textile, which supports and breathes in the same way as the Equipe RS, but in a deeper shade of black. A monofilament elastic band in the straps reduces weight and dries faster than two-layer models. The shorts are still equipped with the racing padding. The Equipe R equips riders with pure speed for both training and racing while also being suitable for everyday use.

- The textile Type.443 is a compressive, abrasion-resistant warp knit that is similar in weight and compressive stability to the Type.441 from our Equipe RS series. Extremely breathable and supportive with a deeper, more intense black tone and USF 50+.
- The racingFit fit fits like a second skin and creates an aerodynamic silhouette. Micro-fitted shaping wraps the large muscles and provides compressive support at a standard leg length.
- UltraLight Leg Grippers: The newly developed end band made of Lycra - free of silicone - wraps around the thigh for a soft, particularly light hold.
- X-Frame: The A-shaped frame of the Equipe RSR Summer Bibs. Prevents sagging in the lower back and stabilizes the padding.
- zeroPressure Waist: A new waist design that uses a soft, extremely stretchy material to provide even more comfort and support at the waist without exerting pressure or pinching.
- Shock-Absorb Damping Mono 9: Compressive, 9 mm thick foam layers with 3D Waffle, for lower weight and increased air exchange. A thermoformed cut reduces disruptive transitions.
- 3D Waffle: A patented three-layer perforated foam that increases breathability and has no excess weight.
