695 AEROLIGHT POWER AND PRECISION

The 695 AEROLIGHT is a very light and reactive bicycle. Equipped with an AEROSTEM and an HSC7 fork, it is incredibly responsive providing you increased agility.

HM CARBON 1,5K TECHNOLOGY

HM: High Modulus. High-end fibers. Their stiffness is very high, on average double that of HR fibers. The HM fibers permit more rigidity without the added weight. LOOK bicycles are made with either HM 3K or 1.5K fibers, the latter having a finer weave and therefore lighter (ie. a 1.5 fiber =1500 threads in 1 fiber).

HM CARBON 1.5K TECHNOLOGY

HM stands for High Modulus, but it might as well stand for Heavy Metal, because these fibers rock. They’re twice as stiff as HR fibers, which allows for more rigidity without added weight. LOOK frames use either HM 3K (3000 threads per fiber) and HM 1.5K (1500 threads per fiber).

For over 30 years, LOOK has developed the unique experience and expertise to combine different types of fibers to achieve specific characteristics. LOOK have been experts in carbon fiber since before most manufacturers even knew how to use it, and they poured all of that knowledge into this frame.

AEROSTEM

The AEROSTEM is made of the same HM carbon as the frame and incorporates the same aero technology. It can be inverted, allowing for a range of +17º to -13º, giving you maximum versatility. And at 149 grams, it’s about as light a stem as you’re likely to find.

ZED 2 CRANKSET

The ZED 2 is a 100% carbon monobloc crank with unequaled weight/stiffness ratio. Thanks to a tri-lobed nut, the length of the crank arm can be set to any of three lengths: 170mm, 172.5mm, or 175mm. As you’d expect from a carbon crank, the ZED 2 is crazy stiff and super light — only 320g for the crank arms, bottom bracket axle, and carbon spider (without chainrings).

E-POST SEATPOST

LOOK’s integrated carbon seatpost, the E-POST, is particularly comfortable thanks to three elastomers that absorb shocks and vibrations. The Ti version permits an aft saddle adjustment of –15mm to -45mm, as measured from the seat tube axis. The E-POST is also available in an R5 version, which offers a fore/aft adjustability of +/- 5mm thanks to a 360º adjustable clamp, and an R32 version, which offers +/- 32mm of adjustability.
